The Salvation Army in Kenora got another holiday boost yesterday.

As part of their 12 Day of Christmas program, Tbay Tel donated food items for the Christmas hampers, as well as a donation of $2000.

Kayla Lopez Product Marketing Specialist for TBay Tel explained why they were helping out.

"In the past we have hit as many people as possible with more public events. But charities like the Salvation Army help so many people in those areas as well, that we felt it was important," she said.

Sandra Poole manages the Salvation Army in Kenora.

"Any help we get is always so welcome. We feel so blessed," she said.

This is fourth year in a row for the TbayTel 12 days of Christmas program.

Over the weekend TbayTel were also a Game Day Sponsor at the Dryden GM Ice Dogs game.
