Northwestern Ontario was hit with it's first big snow fall earlier this week, and it may not be over. Environment Canada Meteorologist Gerald Cheng explained.
"There could be another very quick system over the weekend that could bring us more snow, but we have to wait and see the track of it, and how it develops over the next couple of days," he said.
Cheng said temperatures will also be remaining below seasonal for the foreseeable future.
"Because of the cold air mass of the system we will be staying well below seasonal. Seasonal, our daytime high should be around 10 degrees," he said.
Daytime temperatures over the weekend range from plus 3 to minus 1.
