A Treaty 3 mother described what it was like, after losing her 16-year-old daughter.
Anita Ross of Kenora wiped away tears, as she talked about the loss of her daughter, Delaine Copenace. Ross says the teen simply went for a walk, but never returned.
Ross was testifying before the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls is in Thunder Bay. The testimony continues today.
