Hundreds welcomed Santa and the Holiday Train to Kenora this afternoon.
Many enjoyed a great view from on top of their parents' shoulders. Some even brought along their furry friends for the festive occasion.
"We've had a mountain of donations," said Sandra Poole from the Salvation Army. "It comes in waves, and we're so grateful."
Volunteers hope to start making Christmas hampers this week, and they're looking for donations of cranberry sauce and canned milk. Otherwise, they're on track to make just over 200.
This year's entertainers are Terri Clark, Kelly Prescott and Sierra Noble. Donations of non-perishable food items will help local foodbanks.
