Emergency responders were on the scene of a potential bomb threat in downtown Kenora.

Reportedly, a male informed other members inside of the Kenricia Hotel that a bomb was located inside of the building. Sergeant Dean Barclay with the OPP confirmed that emergency responders swept the building, and the bomb threat was deemed false. Residents were shortly able to return to the building.
