Firefighters responded to Patrica Auto Sales and Service late Saturday night. Two tractor-trailers burned along with a garage. Police had to close one lane of Hwy. 599, due to smoke, but it was open again to traffic by morning.

The fire marshal was called in, and the investigation revealed that the fires had been intentionally set. A suspect was located in the area.

The business had been part of the community for 35 years. The allegations have not yet been proven in court.
