Lisle Compton and teammate Julian Smith are skiing stong in Thunder Bay.

They placed second in the Open DIV Mixed Gender Final 1.2K this weekend at the 2018 Canadian Nationals with a time of 0:12:13.62.

Yesterday, Compton placed second in the Junior Women 5k Classic race with a time of 0:15:53.0. Her Teammate Annika Richardson placed third at 0:15:59.8.

ParaNordic skiier, Jesse Bachinsky is also ta29019786_10157127812319692_1612071403_n (1).jpgking part in the Nationals as he raced in the ParaNordic Standing Men's race.

Elise Hummelbrunner and Shayna Hensrud are also in Thunder Bay as the competed in the Senior and Junior Women’s 5k race.

Competition runs until Saturday.
