The Kenora All Star Cheerleaders are back from the UCA All Star International Cheerleading Championships at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, as they took on top international cheer teams.
The Eclipse Junior level 2 team nailed their routine with zero deductions, with a 92.95 per cent score. The Eclipse were named as the first place international cheer team in their division, and seventh place overall.
Infinity Elite, the Senior level 3 team, scored 92.04 per cent with their routine – placing them third internationally in their division, and sixth place overall.
“The coaches and parents couldn’t be more proud of these athletes and all they have accomplished already this early in the season! They are looking forward to using the energy and excitement from this international competition to push them even further!” said Natalie Pearson with the Kenora All Stars.
Earlier this season, the Kenora All Star Cheerleaders Junior 1 Fusion team took a first place finish in Winnipeg. Infinity Elite took second, Eclipse took fourth, and Youth 1 team Destiny took fourth in their respective divisions.
