He was named the U Sports Male Athlete of the year.
He won the Doug Mitchell Award for the top Canadian University Athlete.
He also was presented a 5 thousand dollar scholarship for post-secondary studies.
The member of the University of Toronto Swim Team set university records in the 50 and 100 meter breaststroke at the national championships this year.
