"I was checking the trapline. I came up to a fisher box, and I looked down. I thought it was a skunk. Saw the stripe. Then said, 'No, that's a wolverine,' " he said.

Zroback says it's the first time he's come across one.

"I've been trappin' for 65 years. Never seen another one. Trapped up north, down south. All over the area. Never even seen another one," Zroback said.
