A large part of the budget will be made up to a levy for business owners in the Harbourtown area.
In all, BIZ plans to spend $84,578.37 this year.
$39,000 that was not spent in 2022, will be put in the budget this year.
That includes $30,000 that has been earmarked for an advertising campaign.
