The Black Keys are a Rock Duo from Akron, Ohio that formed back in 2001. The band gained mainstream success in 2010 with the release of their 6th album “Brothers” which produced the hits “Tighten Up” and “Howling For You.”
The duo has returned with their 7th album “El Camino” which debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and sold 206,000 copies in its first week, the highest charting position and single-week sales the group has achieved. The Black Keys have said “El Camino” draws influences from early American music and popular genres from the 1950s–1970s, such as rock and roll, soul, and glam rock.
